Our Team Bonding Encounter is a four-hour hands-on event that organizes employees into Team Appetizer, Team Entree and Team Dessert, for a fun and challenging cooking experience designed to foster communication and interdependence. Team members will receive aprons, recipe booklets and we will post a digital record of the event for all to review. Your company has the option of selecting a specific menu in advance or leaving that detail to us.*

The cooking segment lasts from about 90 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the size of your group and the complexity of the menu. Kim Pitchford and her sous-chef will move through the kitchen offering tips and advice, as well as recipe context and insights. When the cooking is complete, the team members will retire to the dining table to enjoy the fruits of their labors and their new found camaraderie.

*Note: For an additional fee, we will devise a wine-pairing meal that will include information and instruction on the selected wines, their regions and affinities.
