I doubt that you give your recipes out but would you just let me
know how you cooked the lobster for the salad and what the dressing was? one of our guests (who loves to cook) said it was the best salad he had ever eaten! I'm sure you have lots of references but if you ever need one, we are happy to let your clients know how pleased we were with everything.

Hi Kim, I wanted to let you know that we've decided to move the rehearsal dinner to a local restaurant in Grayton. I truly appreciate all the help/answers you've given me and I'm really disappointed that we will not be using Dine by Design. However, the extra rentals/fees required to have the dinner at the Motor Court really blew our budget. So, our decision was definitely not due to your own prices or work. Actually, you're the only caterer that really seemed interested in doing the dinner for us. Many didn't even respond. I would recommend you just on your responsiveness and business sense alone! My husband and I just celebrated our first anniversary this weekend (I can't believe it's been a year), and were reminiscing about how wonderful our wedding was. I just wanted to thank you again for everything that you did. Everything was perfect (a year later, and people are still telling us it was the "best wedding ever"). I know that most of that has to do with the food and the help that your staff provided. We are still so happy with how things turned out, and so glad to know that everyone had a wonderful time. It is not something we'll ever forget.
Thank you so much for taking the time to work with us and to fuse our two cultures together. My father-in-law still talks about how great the gazpacho was, and, believe me, the Spanish are tough critics - and even more so when Americans are preparing their favorite foods!

I am writing to you with a rather strange question. You catered my wedding last November at the Royal Flush in Santa Rosa Beach (11/4/06). I was wondering if you happened to have any pictures of the food you served at the wedding? I have very few pictures of the food, and it was absolutely amazing!!! I would like to include some pictures in my photo albums. If you don't have any pictures or don't have the time to email them, I completely understand...just thought I would ask. I hope all is well with you and your crew. We were planning to spend our first anniversary in Santa Rosa Beach this month, but I am unable to travel right now as I am pregnant with twin boys!

Kim, I wanted to thank you for providing such a delicious menu under tough circumstances. My family loved everything. Comments I heard were that everything was so fresh and good. It was a healthy menu with many choices and flavors. Thank you so much for working with me on the menu. All the Cuban sandwiches were gone later that night thanks to the college boys and midnight snacking!
